This Privacy Policy describes how Merge Coins (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you play the Merge Coins game on Android, iOS, or other supported platforms.
Who we are
Merge Coins is a casual puzzle game. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details to play.
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run, improve, and keep the App stable.
Information stored on your device
- Game preferences such as language and other local settings saved on your device.
Analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used, for example:
- app opens and screen views
- when a game starts, including selected grid size
- when a game ends, including score
Analytics data may include device and app information (such as device type, OS version, app version, country/region, and language) and a Firebase app instance identifier. It is used in aggregate to improve gameplay and performance.
Crash and diagnostic data
We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and errors. If the App fails, we may receive crash logs, device model, OS version, app version, and technical information about the failure. This helps us fix bugs. We do not use crash reports to identify you personally.
Push notifications
We use OneSignal to send optional push notifications (for example game reminders). If you allow notifications, OneSignal may receive a push token, a OneSignal subscription identifier, device type, and app version. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

- to send optional push notifications if you allow them
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Analytics and crash data are processed by Google Firebase on our behalf. Push notification delivery is processed by OneSignal. Those providers may process this data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share player information with advertisers, and the App does not currently show third-party ads or require a sign-in.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the App and its users.
Data retention
Local preferences remain on your device until you delete the App or clear app data. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google Firebase retention settings, typically for a limited period needed to operate and improve the App.
Children
Merge Coins is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of identifying them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will delete it where required.
Your choices
- You can stop analytics and crash collection for this App by uninstalling it.
- Device-level advertising or analytics settings, where available on your platform, may further limit identifier use.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
International processing
Google may process Firebase data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied by Google for that processing.
Changes
We may update this policy if the App or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
